"Jesus knew that all mankind were in pursuit of happiness. He has directed them in the true way to it, and He tells them what they must become in order to be blessed and happy."

A good quote my good man. Have you ever read Religious Affections? Its the only book I have ever read of Edwards, and its quite good.
I have not read it, my better man, but I somehow am in possession of it. I suppose I should read it soon as soon as I am done with one of the 8 or 9 other books that I am in the process of reading. ADD does that to me. I really should try to narrow it down to just 3 or 4, but it is very hard. I am going to be writing a paper on Edwards soon and his view of the atonement. Do you have any suggestions?

hmm, not sure about that. I am taking class on Edwards in the fall - if I run across anything good, I will let you know (though I bet it will be too late by then).
